Program spending, 2025–26 season, from the Treasurer’s ledger. Annual filings: Form 990 on ProPublica.
From our IRS filings
Concessions shifts, banquet tickets, and business sponsors are what moved this line. Every figure is on the public record.
These are total expenses from our filed returns, and FY2025 is the last one filed. This season’s program spending of $79,809 is the Treasurer’s ledger and will land in the next return — two different measures, both real.

The Boosters spotted the wear, priced the work, and took it to the athletic department — who are handling it. Not every fix needs to be a Booster cheque; some of them just need somebody to notice.
With the districtOnly work the board has approved or raised appears here. Projects move to “installed” when they are in the ground, not when they are designed.
In their words
The Boosters funded equipment we really needed but didn't have the budget for. The new pitching machine and safer gear made a huge difference for the whole team. You can feel the community behind you.
Hamilton athleteGetting new balls and updated gear may seem small, but for us it meant confidence, unity, and finally feeling ready to compete. Their support changed our season.
Hamilton athleteCross country takes a lot of miles and the right gear. The Boosters helped us get updated uniforms and equipment. Having what we needed kept us focused on competing at our best.
