Who we are

Volunteer-led,
community-funded

An independent, volunteer-run 501(c)(3), founded April 20, 1982. We support every interscholastic program at Hamilton Middle School and Hamilton High School — boys and girls, every level.

Parents, staff, alumni, and neighbors. Every board seat is unpaid and no program is anyone’s favorite. Coaches ask, the board votes, the gear shows up.

What we do

Four jobs,
year round

Equipment

Fund essential gear

Uniforms, gear, and safety equipment a school budget can’t cover.

Experience

Support teams & development

Travel, training tools, and the extras that let a team represent Hamilton properly.

Concessions

Power athletics through the stand

Game nights and tournaments, turned into funding for every sport.

Programs

Strengthen beyond the field

Facilities, middle school starter gear, and senior scholarships.

Forty-four years of showing up

Volunteers.
All of us.

Twelve unpaid board seats, a concession stand, and a banquet. Every hour is somebody’s Friday night.

Your board

Every dollar has one job

Where the
money sits

Four funds. Every dollar has a stated job.

Emergency

One year of obligations

Covers existing commitments if normal funding fails. Board approval to touch it.

Operations

Running the club

Inventory, insurance, filings, banking. Capped, so it never crowds out athletes.

Legacy Impact

Five to ten years out

The big projects one season can’t pay for. Majority vote plus a written proposal.

Annual Program Support

Spend to zero

This year’s teams, equipment, and athlete experience. Meant to be used.

This season: $79,809.37 into uniforms, equipment, film, senior banners, and scholarships across every program. See where it went →

Profit is split 20% Legacy Impact, 10% Operations, 70% Annual Program Support. Annual filings: Form 990 on ProPublica.

Questions

The things
people ask

What is the Hamilton Athletic Boosters Club?

A volunteer-run, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded April 20, 1982. Our purpose is to support all male and female interscholastic athletic programs at Hamilton Middle School and High School by broadening involvement between students, families, and the school community.

Do you support all sports?

Yes. All middle school and high school athletic programs, boys' and girls'. Funding decisions are based on coach requests and program needs, not sport popularity or roster size.

Are you part of the school district?

No. The Boosters are independently run. We work closely with coaches and school leadership, but we operate separately from the district.

How are funds allocated?

Coaches submit requests through the formal request form under Resources. Requests are reviewed and approved by board vote, so funds are used thoughtfully and responsibly within the school year.
